We have strong and unique expertise assisting government regulators to enhance their regulatory practices.
We have worked with a range of regulators to help them develop frameworks for embedded risk-based decision making. This work enhances regulatory decision making relating to licensing decisions, reactive activities and proactive and intelligence-led approaches. These projects have included facilitating workshops to set a consensus on the regulator’s approach to risk, the development of policy and procedure documents and training officers to embed risk-based decision-making frameworks.
